Challenge
Our first contract with ADV Communications was to support onsite staffing at our Regeneron office. Additionally, we needed effective & reactive day two support and event management and ADV was always a phone call away.

Results
Since we started using ADV we have been able to support any dispatch in the UK and surrounding areas. We have had a seamless resolution to any trouble ticket we have sent ADV to site for. Unfortunately I do not coordinate much in total operational costs for EMEA projects and dispatches; but subjectively when we have a dispatch or event that needs to be supported, ADV is always competitive on pricing. And if not, they are always willing to work with us to drive down costs.
